Back To Back Rentals LLC is a small company that owns and personally manages all of our student rental properties to provide prompt property maintenance and care. Parents and students have direct contact with us, the owners, rather than dealing with a separate management company who does not have a vested interest in the property.
We take pride in offering students off campus housing that is clean, well maintained, comfortable and safe. Good communication between landlords, students and parents is essential, and we welcome and encourage parents to be involved in the rental plans of their college students.
We want to help with your off campus rental property needs so both the student and parents are comfortable with housing arrangements.
Our Motto: If we will not live in it, neither should you!
We will not own a property that we would not be willing to live in ourselves or have our kids live in.
At Back To Back Rentals LLC, our goal is to offer quality off-campus housing options in the downtown university area of Eau Claire.
