Back to Back Rentals LLC specializes in affordable off-campus housing in the UWEC and CVTC area for student rental. Back to Back Rentals LLC is a small company that owns and manages all of their Student Rental Properties personally to provide prompt property maintenance and care.
Our goal is to provide quality University Area off-campus rental housing to students in the UWEC and CVTC area of Eau Claire. We take pride in offering UWEC and CVTC students off campus housing that is clean, well maintained, and safe. All of our rental units have off-street parking and all have laundry facilities. Plus, rent includes gas heat(in most units), water, garbage service, snow removal, and lawn care.

At Back To Back Rentals LLC, our goal is to offer quality off-campus housing options in the downtown university area of Eau Claire. Both UWEC and CVTC students like the location of our properties because they are off campus, yet close enough to UWEC to easily walk to campus.
Back To Back Rentals LLC is a small company that owns and personally manages all of our student rental properties to provide prompt property maintenance and care. Parents and students have direct contact with us, the owners, rather than dealing with a separate management company who does not have a vested interest in the property.
We take pride in offering students off campus housing that is clean, well maintained, comfortable and safe. Good communication between landlords, students and parents is essential, and we welcome and encourage parents to be involved in the rental plans of their college students.
